He wanted Mr. Handyman to do the framing, insulation and roof on this room addition to be used as a home office. He called in other friends to do the electrical and masonry work. As the job went on the customer decided to have Mr. Handyman finish the exterior windows, doors and siding and interior drywall work. The homeowner did the finish out and painting.
