Trash Compactor Replaced With New Cabinet Project
View this projects photosMr Handyman started this project by removing an old trash compactor. Once the trash compactor was removed, it was replaced with a sliding drawer cabinet to be used with a trash can. The cabinet was then finished with a new door and painted to match the existing cabinets.

- The ceramic was installed in front of the compacter base trapping the compactor in the cabinet so the tiles had to be removed in order to get the compactor out.
- The ceramic tile was originally installed over vinyl flooring which caused a couple of the tiles to crack. The Mr. Handyman tech replaced all the damaged tiles.
